At Wezza’s Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our exchange policy below for more information:


Refunds

No Refunds. We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

 

Exchanges

- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via Instagram at @store.wezza Our team will confirm your eligibility for an exchange based on the 1-day policy.

- Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 1 day of receiving your order. We cannot accept exchanges after this period.

- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging. Any product not in its original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Price: You may only exchange an item for a product of equal or greater value. Exchanges for lower-priced items are not accepted.

- Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.


Exchange Process

1. Eligibility Check: Once you contact us within the one-day window, our team will verify your eligibility for an exchange.
2. Exchange Approval: If approved, you can return the product for an item of equal or greater value.
3. Exchange and Shipping: You will need to arrange and cover exchange shipping costs. After we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will promptly process your exchange.

 

Damaged Products

- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately (whether through our email (wezzasstore@gmail.com) or Instagram (@store.wezza). We will cover your return shipping fees and exchange the item for a new one.

- If the damage is caused by the customer, the exchange request will be denied.
